There is also Conference Travel Tickets available for either both or 1 day of Design Means Business which will be posted to you nearer the time.
This allows unlimited travel on the Tyne and Wear Metro system and NewcastleGateshead’s low-emission yellow Quaylink buses which operate a frequent service around NewcastleGateshead’s iconic quayside area.

It will normal cost for one day unlimited travel on the Metro is £4.80 before 9.00am on weekdays!
PAYMENTS & CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING
All payments must be in pounds sterling. VAT is applicable to all purchases at the UK prevailing rate.
Once we have received details of your paid booking, RTC North Ltd via Eventbrite will send you an email confirmation, along with a receipted VAT invoice.

We must receive payment prior to the conference date. If you have not received confirmation of your booking within 14 working days of the conference date, please contact enquiries@designnetworknorth.
N.B All content or artwork to be featured in the event material needs to be received prior by 7th February 2011 to ensure printing deadlines are met. Failure to meet these deadlines may result in your company details/artwork being omitted from the event materials or a refund.
RTC North Ltd does not accept responsibility for the non-arrival of information.
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES TO BOOKINGS
All cancellations must be made in writing to enquiries@designnetworknorth.
Cancellations made before 22th February 2011 will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made between 23th February to 8th March 2011 will receive a 50% refund.
The company regrets that no cancellations are acceptable from 8th March 2011 onwards or if you do not attend on the day. Therefore no refunds are payable from this date, however a substitute delegate can be nominated before the date of the conference, subject to our agreement. We reserve the right to make changes or cancellations to the programme as necessary. However please note that in some cases event materials and/or catering cannot be guaranteed for last minute registrations.
Where circumstances force cancellation of the conference in its entirety, RTC North Ltd will make every effort to refund as much of the conference fee to each paying delegate as possible, having regard for any irrecoverable costs of production for which RTC North Ltd remains liable. RTC North Ltd is not liable for any consequential loss suffered by the delegate.
