The Northern Design Centre

The Northern Design Centre will form a regional focal point for the use of design by organisations in North East England. Located in the heart of Newcastle-Gateshead the design centre will be a catalyst for innovation, growth, and increased business competitiveness.

Design Network North will manage a range of resources and facilities within the building to promote opportunities for research and development, collaboration, knowledge transfer, and use of design and creative best practice.

The Northern Design Centre will also showcase good design through a programme of design events and exhibitions and provide commercial accommodation for design and creative businesses.
