Lego Serious Play 4-Day Training

Are you:

  • looking for new insights in your business
  • interested in exploring new opportunities
  • looking for a way of getting people involved
  • interested in Training in Designing and Facilitation with the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®method is an innovative method designed to enhance innovation and business performance. The methodology uses a wide ranging variety of organisational challenges including strategy development and other demanding organisational changes. The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method was developed by LEGO® in collaboration with leading researchers in strategy and organisational behaviour, merging the best from two worlds.

Method based on Research:

One of the most important research findings that underpin the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and approach is ‘hands-on/minds-on’ learning, producing a deeper, more meaningful understanding of the world and its possibilities. This ‘school of thought’ is to a large degree developed by Seymore Papert of MIT. Other contributors to the research on ‘serious play’, learning and development are Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi and Lev Vygotski.
The training program meets the standards set by the Association of Master Trainers in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method.

The program is designed to provide the learner with a safe environment to design and deliver workshops using the methodology.
Facilitators will receive a certificate of qualification upon completion of the training.
