We began working with founders and owners Matt Mahatme and Jordan Palmer of Lixir Tonic in May 2018 after their successful Crowdfunding campaign to launch the business..
With experience as bartenders themselves, lifelong friends Matt and Jordan saw the opportunity to create a sophisticated tonic water which would be appreciated by both customers and bartenders alike. The growing popularity of the “G&T” provided the perfect platform for Lixir to take off.
Matt and Jordan perfected their tonic recipes in their own kitchen whilst at university, finetuning their flavours with passion and precision. With emphasis on creating a new flavour experience with every drink, the pair developed five premium tonic waters which can be mixed with an array of gins, vodkas, dark spirits and liqueurs, or simply enjoyed as an exceptional soft drink. And so with their first production run scheduled the pair knew they needed to start building a consistent brand across their marketing material to support the customers, bars, and wholesalers who would make up their audience. Wonderstuff have supported Lixir since its launch, handling everything from the launch party bunting through to the creation of the website, on trade promotional material, and gift packaging - now available in John Lewis.

In the last year Lixir has grown from its original Crowdfunded production run to successfully being listed with bars, retailers, and wholesalers not only in the UK but across Europe. Matt and Jordan are cultivating the brand and its growth within the premium drinks sector and will continue to emphasise that Lixir is more than just a mixer.
