49digital is now trading as Helena Hill Consulting after a rather exciting pivot!

Design Network North members, 49digital are now trading as Helena Hill Consulting in an exciting change in direction for the company. Over the last 12-18 months, MD and Founder, Helena Hill has steered the move towards Experience Design consultancy, working with local SMEs as well as global organisations to significantly improve customer experiences both on and offline. Helena Hill Consulting also mentors businesses on the benefits of being more user-centric organisations, facilitates in-house workshops and project manages digital transformation projects.

As well as working directly with businesses, Helena is asked to speak regularly at conferences, events and in panel discussions about user experience design and was recently asked to facilitate one of the highly successful ‘Emerging Tech’ events as part of the Great Exhibition of the North.

‘It wasn’t a difficult decision to give the business a new look and name', says Helena. ‘The last year has been so exciting and it made sense that as we moved away from website development and into consultancy that a re-brand was necessary to reflect our core business offering’.
